Sessions are typically 10, 15, or 20 minutes per person and are performed using a specialised ergonomic massage chair. Seated massage requires minimal setup space and works best in a quiet area of the office or a meeting room where staff can fully relax.

Light background music and optional aromatherapy can be incorporated to enhance the experience, where suitable.

Workplace Table Massage

Available for longer treatments where space allows

Table massage offers a more in-depth and restorative corporate massage experience. A full-size professional massage table is brought to your workplace, allowing for longer, targeted treatments that address deeper muscle tension.

Sessions can range from 20 to 60 minutes per person, depending on your booking, and focus on areas such as the neck, shoulders, back, arms, and legs. Employees remain fully clothed, and oils are not required.

Optional music and aromatherapy can be included, and all equipment and linens are supplied. A private room or quiet space is recommended for the best experience.

Roving Office Massage (At-Desk)

ideal for short sessions in office environments

Roving office massage is ideal for larger teams or fast-paced environments. Our therapists move through the workplace providing brief neck and shoulder treatments directly at employees’ desks, with no need to leave their workspace.

Sessions usually run for 5–10 minutes per person and require little to no equipment, making this a low-impact, high-benefit option for boosting morale and easing tension during busy periods.

This style of massage is designed to minimise disruption while offering a meaningful wellbeing reset.

Music and aromatherapy can also be incorporated where appropriate, creating a calm and relaxing experience within the workplace. Our therapists are also equipped with massage guns, making shorter appointments highly effective.

As therapists transport professional equipment, on-site parking is required. If parking cannot be arranged, please let us know when enquiring so we can plan accordingly.
